A Product Manager takes a more strategic, big-picture view of the product, defining the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap. A Product Owner, on the other hand, focuses on the practical, day-to-day execution of the product development, working closely with the development team to ensure the product is built according to the product manager's vision.
